Job Summary
Head of Strategic Sales, EMEA to own Paddle's upmarket GTM across Europe, leading a team of five ICs to win net new logos and expand existing Paddle accounts. You’ll drive bookings and revenue, manage pipeline health and forecast accuracy, and contribute hands-on to strategic deals. You will coach multi-threaded, executive-level selling, build repeatable playbooks for new business and portfolio expansion, and partner with CS, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, and Legal to execute at the highest level. The role requires strategic value selling, deep understanding of SaaS scale-ups, and the ability to articulate business outcomes and GMV impact. You will work in a cross-functional, high-performance unit across Marketing, Events, Partnerships, and Product to deliver outcomes for EMEA’s upmarket customers.
