Job Summary
Build and manage strategic partnerships with health insurers, digital platforms, and international research institutions to unlock new growth opportunities. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies while driving business development initiatives and supporting fundraising activities and investor relations. Collaborate closely with product, operations, and the founding team to shape the long-term strategic direction and support international expansion across DACH, US, and global markets. This entrepreneurial role offers a clear path toward a COO position within PsyCurio, a digital health company developing evidence-based solutions for mental well-being.
Required Qualifications
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility
- Experience or strong interest in business development, partnerships, or strategy
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders
- Strong analytical and structured working style
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness and potential to take on leadership responsibility early
- Fluent in English and German
- Based in Berlin or willing to relocate (remote within Germany possible)
- You are self-reliant and responsible
