Job Summary
Head of Strategic Operations / Chief of Staff at Nebius seeks to drive execution across high-priority initiatives (product launches, GTM programs, strategic partnerships) by partnering with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Developer Relations, and leadership to align priorities and move cross-functional programs forward. Build lightweight operating mechanisms (dashboards, QBRs, planning processes, decision frameworks), translate complex technical and organizational topics into concise, executive-ready recommendations, identify risks and blockers, and ensure teams deliver. The role requires turning ambiguous goals into structured plans with milestones, owners, dependencies, and clear decision points, and operating across strategic planning to tactical follow-through in a fast-moving environment focused on AI infrastructure, cloud platforms, and enterprise software. Remote work option available for the United States.
Required Qualifications
- 5–10+ years of experience in strategy, program management, operations, consulting, chief of staff, product operations, or related roles
- Ability to take loosely defined problems and independently create structure, priorities, and execution plans
- Experience driving complex cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Highly organized with ability to manage several workstreams simultaneously
- Clear writing and ability to distill complex technical or organizational topics into concise, decision-ready documents
- Execution-oriented and comfortable operating at both strategic planning and tactical levels
- Thrives in fast-moving environments with ambiguity and changing priorities
- Experience working with technical products, AI infrastructure, cloud platforms, or enterprise software
