Job Summary
Lead strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, and fundraising strategy development. Partner with the CFO and Investor Relations to prepare materials for fundraising, investor relations, and board reporting. Conduct financial analyses for Annual Operating Plans, M&A, strategic investments, partnerships, and capital market transactions to support internal decision-making. Provide recommendations to executive management on investment decisions, identifying business drivers and risks for the Executive Team. Construct detailed ad-hoc analyses including scenario modeling and sensitivity analyses to support fundraising efforts. Manage the long-term planning process with a focus on operational and financial benchmarking, coordinating with the FP&A team. Report to the CFO and influence corporate strategy while evaluating key business initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of leadership experience in Strategic Finance
- track record of building and scaling finance teams in high-growth environments
- Experience operating in a SaaS or similar technology organization
- understanding of AI/ML market dynamics

- Deep knowledge of enterprise-level financial planning systems
