Job Summary
Own and evolve company-wide financial planning, forecasting, and scenario modeling while leading cross-functional budgeting and performance planning processes. Build KPI frameworks and operational reporting to guide executive decision-making, then support leadership with investor communications and strategic reporting. Analyze business performance and unit economics to inform expansion initiatives, partnering closely with senior leadership on growth strategy and execution. This foundational leadership role helps architect financial strategy inside a rapidly scaling, innovation-focused organization at the intersection of data and healthcare.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of progressive experience across high-performance finance environments and in-house strategic finance or FP&A
- Strong financial modeling skills, including building operating models from the ground up
- Experience delivering insights to executive leadership or external stakeholders
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments with high ownership

- Background in investment banking, private equity, or transaction-focused consulting
