Head of Strategic Capital Market Management (m/f/d)

Head of Strategic Capital Market Management at Vorwerk SE & Co. KG, leading the development and ownership of the group’s investment and hedging framework, risk governance, and reporting infrastructure with direct exposure to the CFO and executive/audit bodies. Responsibilities include designing and owning the annual investment strategy for roughly EUR 1 billion AUM, managing asset allocation, supervising external asset managers, and presenting strategy outcomes to the Executive and Advisory Boards; designing hedging strategies for commodities and currencies to protect costing and stabilize cash flows across 60+ countries; establishing integrated risk reporting (VaR, scenario analyses) and ensuring governance across investment guidelines and hedge accounting. Requires a Master’s or diploma in economics/finance, extensive treasury/asset management experience, deep capital markets expertise, commodities/FX product knowledge, VaR/risk-model proficiency, and strong communication skills in German and English.
