Job Summary
Head of Store Operations responsible for full operational and commercial accountability across Marks & Spencer and iQ Jersey (Apple premium reseller). Leads a complex multi-site operation, manages Store Managers and senior trading leaders, collaborates with finance, HR and UK stakeholders, sets strategic direction, drives performance, ensures brand and legal standards, and oversees availability and customer experience across the estate. Candidate should demonstrate proven leadership of large teams in premium retail environments, with a track record of delivering results and strong financial/operational execution. The role offers significant autonomy, a potential bonus up to 30% of annual salary, career progression, and the opportunity to live and work in Jersey; onsite work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
