Job Summary
Lead and scale a high-functioning team responsible for Wing Sourcing and Procurement, fostering a culture of operational excellence while architecting comprehensive procurement strategies for direct and indirect sourcing. Own strategic commercial relationships with manufacturing and service providers to ensure continuity of supply, aerospace-grade quality, and proactive risk management, while driving continuous operational and cost efficiencies through process improvements and AI-driven procurement integration. Collaborate closely with engineering, manufacturing, finance, and product teams to align procurement roadmaps with hardware and software engineering lifecycles, scale global manufacturing partners, and execute creative commercial deals to achieve ambitious targets around total cost, supply, and quality.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of supply chain development, sourcing, and materials management experience
- deep expertise in both direct and indirect procurement
- 5+ years of team management experience
- demonstrating the flexibility to adapt and lead in multinational, dynamic, and rapidly changing environments
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- strong engineering background in product development
- Top-notch analytical and negotiation skills
- proven ability to seamlessly toggle between high-level strategic thinking and detail-oriented execution
