Job Summary
Head of Solutions Consulting leading a growing LSA function within Orbital Copilot, partnering with customers to integrate the product into real estate transactions and workflows. Responsible for day-to-day leadership of the function (1:1s, performance, career development, capacity planning, AE enablement) and collaborating with senior legal and sales leadership. Must have experience scaling a specialist function, building scalable infrastructure (playbooks, onboarding, career paths), and navigating complex, high-seniority environments. The role requires strong EQ, the ability to manage accomplished professionals, and comfort discussing how AI changes the practice of management. Location is New York, with 2 days per week in the office; remote option available.
Required Qualifications
- Ex-real estate lawyers or deep credentialing in real estate law
- Experience scaling a small specialist function (solutions consulting, sales engineering, pre-sales, or professional services)
- Ability to build infrastructure for scaling (career paths, playbooks, onboarding flows)
- High emotional intelligence to manage accomplished, opinionated people
- Ability to learn domain quickly and engage in technical conversations with senior stakeholders
- Comfort and competence in discussing AI’s impact on management practices
- Not a lawyer by trade but credible in legal-domain conversations with clients
