Head of Software Engineering (m/w/d) for ELMI AI Plattform

Job Summary
Conceive and independently build a scalable AWS cloud architecture for the ELMI AI platform. Evaluate, develop, and partially rebuild MVP module prototypes into a stable, production-ready version. Integrate and process data from energy management systems of charging stations and battery storage units. Implement market analysis logic for surrounding stations and automate dynamic pricing adjustments. Develop algorithms to optimize internal battery recharging strategies. Execute interfaces and trading logic for automated energy trading. Lead a development team, including nearshore staff, through code reviews and technology decisions while actively coding during the critical initial build phase.
Required Qualifications
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Senior Software Engineer, Tech Lead oder Architekt
- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung im eigenständigen Aufbau und Betrieb von AWS-Infrastruktur
- Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung von (Remote-/Nearshore-)Entwicklerteams
- Fließendes Deutsch
- Sehr gutes Englisch
Desired Qualifications
- idealerweise mit Aufbau eines Softwareprodukts von einer frühen Phase an
- Erfahrung mit Software, die verteilte, physische Assets steuert (z. B. IoT-Plattformen, Fleet- oder Asset-Management, Smart Grid)
- Erfahrung mit Ladeinfrastruktur
- Erfahrung mit EMS
- Erfahrung mit Energiehandel
- Kenntnisse in Mandarin
