Head of Software Engineering to lead and evolve the engineering function, defining the technical vision and delivering secure, scalable product solutions. Role requires leading high-performing teams, shaping an engineering roadmap aligned with business goals, implementing Agile/DevOps practices, owning the full software development lifecycle, and collaborating with Product, Operations, and Executive teams to translate business needs into practical engineering solutions. The candidate should bring proven leadership experience in software engineering, hands-on technical expertise, a strong understanding of Agile and DevOps, excellent communication, and a passion for building inclusive, customer-focused technology solutions. Required Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in software engineering teams
- Hands-on technical expertise (Engineering Manager, Principal Software Engineer, or similar)
- Strong grasp of Agile methodologies, modern DevOps practices, and scalable architecture
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence at all levels
