Job Summary
Lead the strategy, production, and execution of VeeFriends' live and social livestream commerce ecosystem across platforms (Whatnot, TikTok Shop, eBay and beyond). Own the development of a scalable live commerce engine to support product launches, community engagement, creator partnerships, and long-term revenue growth. Responsibilities include building the live commerce roadmap and recurring programming formats, overseeing end-to-end livestream production (run-of-show, scripting, product sequencing, show flow), building repeatable production processes, managing studio operations and vendors, balancing entertainment value with commercial performance, driving GMV and audience growth in collaboration with merchandising and commercial teams, recruiting and developing on-air talent and creator partnerships, and partnering with cross-functional teams to align programming calendars with product launches and campaigns. Desired strengths include leadership of cross-functional teams, strong storytelling and audience engagement skills, experience with live shopping platforms, and a track record of creating repeatable, scalable programming formats and calendars.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in live production, programming, commerce, or content operations
- Experience managing commercial or revenue-generating content initiatives
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and complex productions
- Strong understanding of conversion-driven storytelling and audience engagement
