Head of Site Supply Chain

Head of Site Supply Chain at Sanofi leads and develops the site’s supply chain functions, including developing and executing annual production plans, ensuring timely procurement of materials, optimizing inventory, maintaining a fixed two-week production schedule, overseeing warehousing and waste management, and ensuring GMP and regulatory compliance. The role includes financial leadership such as budgeting, forecasting, managing procurement within authority levels, and reporting. It requires leading and developing high-performing teams across controlling, demand analysis, material supply, and warehousing; driving process optimization using the Sanofi Management System; promoting continuous improvement and safety culture; and possessing a university degree with at least three years of leadership experience, strong logistics knowledge, strategic thinking, and excellent communication and collaboration skills. The position is based in Miskolc, Hungary (IN_PERSON). English fluency is required.
