Job Summary
Oversee IT operations across six manufacturing sites within PolyPeptide's global CDMO network, managing a distributed team of 14 professionals including two managers. Coordinate and standardize secure, compliant, and efficient IT services and processes to support pharmaceutical development and manufacturing operations. Lead IT transformation by shifting local teams from traditional support roles into more business-embedded, proactive functions. This senior leadership position requires people leadership and experience with IT in manufacturing and regulated environments.
