Job Summary
Lead the service sales strategy for the Americas in the food packaging sector, directing the service sales team, managing key customer agreements and contracts (including NDAs), and driving growth across regional and global projects. Drive forecast accuracy for order intake and total net sales, prepare strategic leadership updates, oversee presence at trade shows to enhance market positioning, and collaborate on global project teams. Requires international travel up to 35% and fluency or experience with multiple languages is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales or related field with 10+ years in capital equipment sales and 5+ years in leadership. Hybrid work arrangement based in Raleigh, NC.
