Job Summary
Develop and execute the Service strategy, translating business objectives into operational plans, budgets, and performance targets. Lead the entire Service organization, ensuring operational excellence, outstanding customer satisfaction, and a high-performing team focused on safety and continuous improvement. Manage the Service P&L, budgets, service revenue, and project profitability while driving cost effectiveness and optimizing processes. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to implement strategic initiatives and maintain compliance with industry regulations and quality standards. Report to the Managing Director in Dordrecht, The Netherlands, as a key member of the Management Team driving sustainable growth and profitability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in a service, operations, or aftermarket environment
- several years in a senior leadership role
- Proven experience leading large, multidisciplinary service organizations through managers and team leaders
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
- experience managing budgets, P&L, and driving profitable growth
- Strong customer focus
- proven ability to build and maintain strategic customer relationships
- Solid understanding of quality, health & safety, environmental, and compliance standards within a service organization
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
- ability to collaborate across functions and all organizational levels
- Inspirational leadership style
- passion for developing people, building high-performing teams, and creating a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement
- Fluent in English
