Job Summary
Head of Service Delivery in Riyadh leads the regional operational and commercial performance, owns end-to-end service delivery, and drives customer outcomes and member experiences. The role supervises cross-functional teams, translates global strategy into regional priorities, improves processes, manages risk, and aligns local delivery with global standards to enable scalable growth. Responsibilities include leading regional performance, coaching and developing teams, ensuring quality service across the organization, and leveraging data and feedback to drive continuous improvement and performance. Requires senior leadership experience in service-driven, B2B industries, fluency in Arabic and English, strong stakeholder and financial analytics skills, and familiarity with CRM/operational platforms; sales experience and excellence in communication are also highlighted.
Required Qualifications
- Proven success in a Head of / operational leadership role.
- Knowledge and expertise in service-driven industries (luxury, travel, hospitality, concierge, or similar), including B2B services.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Record of success in delivering commercial and operational results through cross-functional leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships across functions and geographies / cultures.
- Financial and analytical skills; able to interpret performance data and translate into actionable plans.
- Ability to promote operational excellence and a high-performance culture.
- Sales experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM or operational platforms.
