Job Summary
Develop the global Information Security Management System and oversee enterprise-wide risk management while managing three teams of approximately 40 employees. Establish, implement, and sustain international security policies, standards, and governance processes, ensuring compliance with certifications such as ISO 2700x, TISAX, and VDA ISA. Coordinate incident and crisis management initiatives and lead strategic security discussions with executive management, representing the organization to customers, partners, and regulatory authorities. Continuously optimize governance, risk, and compliance structures and services.
Required Qualifications
- abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige disziplinarische und fachliche Führungserfahrung im Bereich Information Security, IT Governance oder GRC
- Führung größerer Teams sowie komplexer Organisationsstrukturen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse moderner IT-Sicherheitsstandards und entsprechender Technologien
- Erfahrung mit ISMS, Risikoanalysen, Incident Management sowie Security Audits
- souveränes Auftreten auf Executive- und C-Level-Ebene
- Strategisches Denkvermögen
