Head of Section Engineering/ Maintenance

Job Summary
Head of Section, Engineering/Maintenance to lead preventive maintenance and engineering operations for production machinery, drive down downtime, and enable continuous improvement through automation, IoT, and CBM. Responsibilities include leading the PM team, planning and scheduling maintenance, troubleshooting machine breakdowns, conducting root cause analysis, managing machine control systems (Siemens PLC and automation platforms), ensuring spare parts availability, collaborating with Production/Engineering/Quality/vendors, and ensuring safety, GMP, and 5S standards. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree (Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronic or related field) with 2–3 years in a supervisory role, strong troubleshooting skills, and experience with PLC/HMI/automation systems. Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and overtime when required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, or related field
- 2–3 years in a supervisory/leadership role
- Experience in preventive maintenance & machine inspection
- Familiar with PLC, HMI, and automation systems (Siemens preferred)
- Ability to read technical drawings and manuals
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP PM
- Knowledge of AutoCAD / SolidWorks / EPLAN / Power BI is an advantage
- Exposure to IoT, GMP, safety, and 5S is preferred
