Ground-floor Head of Sales leading a fast-scaling Voice AI SaaS startup. Responsibilities include leading enterprise sales from founder-led to scalable revenue, shaping go-to-market strategy with the CEO and board, building and mentoring a sales team from 5 to 10+, owning outbound motion, forecasting, and pipeline infrastructure, and leveraging investor-introduced deals. Qualifications emphasize 10–15 years in SaaS sales with 3+ years in leadership, success closing complex technical deals (APIs/LLMs/Voice AI), prior startup/high-growth experience, and willingness to relocate to the East Coast. Compensation includes $175k–$250k base, $350k–$500k+ OTE, up to 0.5% equity, relocation support, and fully remote East Coast-only policy with in-person elements for certain final rounds.
