Job Summary
Head of Sales to lead revenue growth for Captify (Verve Group) in the UK and internationally; responsible for scalable sales strategy, agency and brand partnerships, and achieving revenue targets across Captify's media, data, and measurement solutions. Lead a high-performing, data-driven sales organization, mentor and develop Sales Leaders, manage budgets and forecasting, and collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Customer Success) and external partners (Agencies, Brands & Media partners). Expertise in digital advertising, programmatic, CTV, and data-driven selling; strong relationships with agencies and advertisers; track record of exceeding revenue targets; require proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
