Job Summary
Head of Sales UK drives NFON’s commercial growth in the UK, shaping and executing the UK sales strategy, leading a high-performing team, and delivering sustainable revenue through strong customer and partner relationships. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, overseeing governance, reporting, and financial oversight, and collaborating with international stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to maintain a future-oriented, intelligent business-communication-focused go-to-market. Responsibilities include leading and developing the UK Sales team to meet ambitious growth targets and KPIs, driving pipeline generation and forecast accuracy, ensuring cross-functional alignment, and maintaining disciplined CRM usage and reporting; requires extensive B2B sales leadership, SaaS/tech experience, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Several years of experience in B2B sales with leadership responsibility within international or regional sales environments
- Proven track record of driving commercial growth and leading high-performing sales teams
- Strong ability to lead change, create alignment, and foster accountability across teams and stakeholders
- Strong strategic sales and business development capabilities combined with hands-on execution skills
- Experience in SaaS, cloud, or technology-driven business models
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing sales pipelines, forecasting processes, and performance metrics
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Management, or a comparable qualification
