Job Summary
Head of Sales to lead and scale a growing sales function, managing a team of SDRs and SEs while also contributing directly to closing strategic deals. Responsibilities include hiring, coaching, performance management, setting KPIs, cross-functional alignment with Product/Marketing/Support, developing scalable processes, and driving long-term revenue growth. Requires a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), 7+ years of B2B sales with 3+ years in leadership, experience in the Middle East/GCC, proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot) and Google Workspace, and strong English/Arabic communication. Must be capable of leading by example in a remote/distributed model.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
- 7+ years of B2B sales experience
- 3+ years in a sales leadership/management role
- Experience managing and scaling a sales function and team in the Middle East/GCC
- Proficiency with IT tools (Google Workspace) and Sales tools (CRM - HubSpot)
- Experience working in a remote/distributed model
- Strong leadership skills with strategic vision and operational execution
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
