Job Summary
Lead the sales trading team executing stocks for institutional clients and hedge funds, managing orders for best execution while maintaining and expanding relationships with local and foreign accounts. Collaborate with global execution, sales, and research teams to identify cross-selling opportunities and maximize revenue. Oversee the regulatory Head of Dealing function per Securities Commission guidelines, ensuring accurate overnight and live order processing and adherence to CIS integrity. Provide strategic advice on market news and trading solutions to clients, attend morning meetings, and coordinate with overseas sales traders. Requires 10+ years of industry experience and strong leadership skills in a high-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
- Experience in the industry at the minimum of 10 years
- Previously or currently holding relevant regulatory licenses
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English
