Job Summary
Head of Sales, Singapore — leads the Singapore Sales Team and owns end-to-end commercial outcomes. Defines and drives local strategy, engages with large strategic opportunities, guides executive relationships, and mentors sales managers to scale revenue while aligning with global/ regional strategy. Requires extensive enterprise sales experience, strong forecasting metrics, and hands-on leadership in a fast-paced fintech environment, with 10+ years in Singapore and deep knowledge of the enterprise landscape in Singapore and Asia. Office-based in Singapore with a focus on in-person collaboration and cross-functional partnerships (SDR, Marketing, Account Management, Product, Partnerships).
Required Qualifications
- extensive sales hunter experience
- specialising in serving multinational enterprise customers
- experience with sales forecasting and metrics
- coaching and driving sales methodologies and processes
- 10+ years working in Singapore
- demonstrated experience in leading senior sales contributors
- extensive knowledge of Enterprise Businesses in Singapore and Asia
