Job Summary
Lead and develop the sales organization for Maxis Broadband Sdn Bhd in Malaysia, overseeing regional sales and distribution plans, motivating and guiding sales teams to hit targets, monitoring performance, ensuring compliance with sales policies, resolving channel operational issues, and supporting regional campaigns. Requires a proven senior sales leadership track record, budget management experience, channel/distributor management expertise, strong analytical capabilities, market awareness, and exceptional leadership and communication skills to drive revenue growth and strategic go-to-market initiatives in a telecommunications context.

- Proven track record of success in a senior sales leadership role
