Job Summary
Head of Sales responsible for leading and motivating the sales team, achieving quotas, coordinating with Marketing on lead generation, monitoring the sales funnel, ensuring compliant language and processes, developing training plans, conducting daily check-ins and team meetings, coaching live calls, maintaining sales-floor coverage, ensuring call QA standards, generating analytic performance reports, managing commission calculations, reinforcing company culture, and enabling cross-functional collaboration to resolve issues; requires C1 English, 5+ years of sales leadership, and in-person attendance in Tirana, Albania.
Required Qualifications
- C1 English level proficiency and fluency
- 5+ years of experience in managing a sales team
- Previous experience in Financial Services is a plus
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Excellent time management, planning, and organizational skills
- Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills
- Ability to train and mentor, and motivate staff
- Ability to handle and manage interoffice conflict and issues
- Strong decision-making skills
- Ability to remain compliant with internal policies, call standards, and regulatory guidelines
- Excellent phone presence and results-oriented
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel)
- Experience with Salesforce and other CRM tools
