Job Summary
Head of Sales AMER based in San Francisco leading the US sales team with in-person coaching, pipeline management, forecast discipline, and deal inspection. Frontline sales leadership is required to build consistency in pipeline management, forecast rigor, and day-to-day execution, while hiring and onboarding additional Account Executives as the team expands. The role emphasizes creating structure in management rhythms (one-on-ones, forecast reviews, performance conversations) and translating market feedback into repeatable go-to-market behaviors. Collaboration with senior leadership to scale the organization and align messaging, with a hands-on management approach focused on building and scaling the US sales team rather than carrying an individual quota.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a frontline sales manager in a SaaS or B2B technology environment
- Track record of leading Account Executives through rapid expansion
- Strong sales leadership fundamentals (pipeline management, forecast discipline, coaching, inspection, accountability)
- Ability to balance operational rigor with adaptability
- Excellent listening, judgment, and pattern-recognition skills
- Leadership presence with the ability to motivate teams
- Comfort collaborating with senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners
- Startup mindset and ability to scale a high-growth sales organization
