Job Summary
Senior Head of Sales Online responsible for developing and executing the online sales strategy for Sysco Ireland, Classic Drinks, Readychef and all Sysco product brands and customer segments. Lead data-driven initiatives to identify opportunities, optimise online revenue, improve customer engagement across digital channels, and manage the commercial performance of Sysco Shop, Classic Drinks, and Procure Wizard platforms. Drive revenue growth through end-to-end online sales strategy, ownership of sales targets and budgets, data analysis to uncover opportunities, pricing and campaigns, and delivery of a seamless online purchasing journey. Build and coach an ecommerce team, foster a high-performance, data-driven culture, and manage key stakeholders to achieve commercial delivery. Leadership responsibilities include setting objectives, coaching the team, and ensuring effective cross-functional collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in eCommerce, digital sales, or online trading leadership
- Proven track record of delivering significant online revenue growth and achieving sales targets
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with the ability to translate data into revenue-generating actions
- Experience managing digital sales platforms, eCommerce channels, and online order flows
- Strong analytical capability with experience using data, reporting tools, and performance metrics to drive decisions
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across functions
- Understanding of the foodservice or FMCG environment advantageous
