Job Summary
Lead and coach a 11-person B2B sales team focused on new customer acquisition in a hybrid, Helsinki-based role. Responsibilities include building a high-performing sales organization, developing relationships with key decision-makers across SME and large companies, driving new business growth, maintaining executive-level relationships, collaborating with cross-functional teams (operations, marketing, finance), and championing commercial excellence. The role requires guiding from the front, leading from a strategic perspective while actively supporting day-to-day sales efforts. You’ll report to the Director Customer Service & New Sales, and will involve hands-on leadership, coaching, and accountability for results.
Required Qualifications
- Higher education degree in business, economics, or a related field
- At least 3+ years of experience in B2B sales management
- Experience leading hunter-type sales with focus on new business acquisition
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset; proficient with Microsoft Office tools and modern sales tools including AI
- Fluency in Finnish and English
- Experience in logistics or related industries is an advantage
