Job Summary

Head of Sales for Mirakl Ads in AMER leads a sales team (Account Executives, Business Development Representatives, and Solution Engineers) to expand Mirakl Ads revenue, defines global go-to-market strategy, builds executive relationships at VP/EVP/C-suite levels, mentors and hires the sales team, engages clients in meetings, develops partnerships, and collaborates with marketing and partners to build forecast and pipeline. Strong SaaS software sales management experience, track record of regional growth, and ability to drive upsell/cross-sell strategies are required. Fluency in French and/or Spanish is an added advantage. The role is based in Boston or New York with OTE $375k–$475k.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of proven success in software sales
  • 3+ years of demonstrated experience in managing a sales team (minimum 10 people)
  • experience in the retail media industry
  • fluency in French and/or Spanish (added advantage)
