Required Qualifications

  • Proven commercial leader with deep experience in the spirits industry
  • Strong commercial acumen including P&L ownership, forecasting and financial analysis
  • A track record of leading and developing high-performing sales teams

Desired Qualifications

  • WSET Higher Level qualification (desirable)
  • Experience growing brands within grocery, wholesale and specialist retail channels
  • Significant experience managing on-trade, off-trade and route-to-market accounts within the UK spirits industry
  • Strong negotiation, relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Knowledge of category trends, trade marketing and pricing strategy
