Job Summary
Head of Sales at Consultport will own and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth, build and lead a high-performance SDR team, and personally manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. You’ll report to the founders, collaborate with senior decision-makers, develop key client relationships, and ensure high client satisfaction while shaping strategic sales initiatives and processes across Europe and beyond.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in sales
- at least 2 years in team leadership
- Proven track record of success in a B2B sales environment
- Strong understanding of sales processes, strategies, and methodologies
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Ability to think strategically and drive execution
- Hands-on mentality, leading by example
- Professional German & English language skills
- Available to work onsite at our Berlin office
