Job Summary
Head of Sales for Luxury & Wellness leads the global luxury hospitality sales strategy, translating wellness philosophies into high-impact commercial narratives, and building partnerships with elite networks and wellness travel consortia. Responsible for developing and executing the luxury and wellness commercial sales plan, driving ADR growth and RevPAR uplift, negotiating preferred agreements with top-tier agencies and curators, representing the property at international luxury travel fairs and wellness conferences, overseeing GDS connectivity, luxury OTAs, and direct booking strategies, and collaborating cross-functionally to integrate sustainability and wellness into all commercial activities. Requires a track record of 10+ years in luxury hospitality sales, 3+ years in high-end wellness properties, executive negotiation skills, strong financial acumen, English fluency, and the ability to translate wellness philosophies into compelling commercial narratives.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 years of proven success in luxury hospitality sales
- At least 3 years specifically dedicated to high-end wellness-focused properties
- Demonstrated excellence in executive-level negotiation and long-term strategic planning
- Strong financial acumen with a data-driven approach to revenue growth
- Native or professional fluency in English, with the ability to communicate persuasively at an executive level
- The unique ability to synthesize complex wellness philosophies into compelling commercial narratives
- A high-integrity leader with an entrepreneurial spirit and a deep passion for the intersection of luxury and sustainability
