Job Summary

Lead the development and execution of a scalable enterprise sales motion, establish clear playbooks and AE enablement, and coordinate cross-functional GTM alignment (Sales, RevOps, Marketing, PMM, Product, Customer Success) to drive expansion and retention. Communicate LocalStack’s value proposition and technical concepts such as emulation to customers in a clear, commercially effective way. Scale the enterprise business by supporting larger ACV deals, expanding opportunities, and laying foundations for future segmentation and leadership growth. Responsibilities include establishing scalable sales processes, improving onboarding and ramp-up for new team members, and driving strategic customer engagements across 5–10 strategic enterprise accounts with executive-level stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales or Account Executive roles
  • 1–2 years of people management experience
  • Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles
  • Executive presence and communication skills with stakeholders from IC to C-level
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through enterprise expansion, account planning, and strategic customer engagement
  • Experience building scalable sales motions, playbooks, onboarding, and enablement processes
  • Strong operational and analytical mindset, with familiarity using CRM platforms like HubSpot for forecasting and pipeline visibility
  • Experience operating in high-growth startup or scale-up environments (preferred)
