Job Summary

Head of Sales - LATAM to lead enterprise SaaS sales across Mexico and Spanish-speaking LATAM, directing a team of Account Executives and managing strategic enterprise relationships. Drive the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to closing, set regional sales goals and forecast, and collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Agency, Partnerships, Marketing, and Product to support growth and retention. Represent Smartly at industry events and executive meetings across the region, while traveling as needed. Requires senior-level sales leadership experience in enterprise SaaS or advertising technology, strong stakeholder management with C-level executives, and fluency in Spanish and English. The role supports a flexible hybrid work model with travel across LATAM.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong experience in enterprise SaaS, advertising technology, or digital marketing sales
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams within a growth-stage technology environment
  • Proven success managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales processes
  • Deep understanding of digital advertising, media buying, performance marketing, and marketing technology
  • Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on commercial execution in a player-coach capacity
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with experience engaging senior and C-level stakeholders
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English
  • Comfortable traveling across LATAM as required for customer and team engagement
