Job Summary
Head of Sales for an IT consulting firm, leading a sales team focused on the Capital Markets, Banking & Insurance vertical. Requires 6+ years of enterprise sales leadership in technology/managed services with CB&I experience; responsible for building and executing sales strategies, expanding the customer base, coaching high-performing teams, and delivering revenue growth. Hybrid role with offices in Anaheim, CA; Dallas, TX; Portland, OR; and Washington, D.C. metro.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Master's a plus) with a minimum of 6 years experience leading sales teams in the technology/managed services space, specifically within the CB&I industry
- Demonstrated success in exceeding quotas and driving sales results in complex environments
- Strong negotiation, project management, and account management skills
- Excellent communication (written, verbal, interpersonal) and leadership abilities
- Proven track record of coaching and developing high-performing teams
- Proficiency in CRM and MS Office Suite
- Thrive in a Hybrid Environment
