Head of Sales - Industrial Solutions

Lead the sales team and drive nationwide expansion of distributor networks and the customer base to achieve sustainable growth and profitability across Malaysia. Assist the Managing Director in identifying a sustainable business strategy, develop plans for sales growth, and oversee the new IS inside sales team. Enlarge the existing distributor network and customer base to meet Klang Valley and southern regions sales targets while managing Malaysia IS top-line sales and total sales margin for invoiced sales. Cultivate teamwork between sales and technical service teams to ensure effective implementation of sales policies. Develop and execute a strong business growth plan for water treatment sales in Malaysia, manage key account customer expectations, and fulfill orders. Provide technical updates and support, including product training, to customers, government authorities, consultants, EPC contractors, plumbers, and other stakeholders in the region. Work Mon to Fri 8:30am - 5:30pm.
