Job Summary
Head of Sales Germany on-site in Munich responsible for building and scaling Elaway’s commercial model in Germany. Lead market-entry strategy, establish product–market fit, and develop a scalable B2B2C go-to-market approach. Drive revenue growth, ownership of targets, and build a high-performing sales organization; recruit and develop team, establish processes, KPIs, and strategic partnerships with real estate companies, property managers, and partners. Require hands-on execution in early phases, strong strategic and operational blend, and comfort with ambiguity. Location: Munich, with moderate travel within Germany; fluent German and English.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in building and scaling business in dynamic environments
- Experience in B2B or B2B2C sales models
- Strong analytical skills and KPI-driven mindset
- Ability to translate complexity into clear structures and actions
