Job Summary
Sales leadership role responsible for building and scaling Fidelity Private Shares’ sales organization, including Account Executives, to drive revenue growth and market penetration in the private company equity-management space. Own FPS sales motions (incentive design, prospecting motions, channels PLG/Client Referrals/Competitive Takeaways), establish coaching cadences, and partner with Customer Success on onboarding, expansion, and retention. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets, lead and mentor a high-performing team, refine KPIs, oversee pipeline management with accurate forecasting, and collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, BPM, and CS to align go-to-market efforts. Stay informed on private company equity-management and venture capital trends to position Fidelity Private Shares as a thought leader. Required experience includes scaling sales teams in a venture-backed or corporate-innovation environment, multi-motion selling (PLG, outbound, channel/partner-led, field), and strong relationship-building with C-level executives. The base salary range is $96,000-$210,000 per year, with potential bonuses and benefits; location is remote in the United States.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Law or a related field
- 8 years of B2B sales experience
- 3-5 years in a second line sales leadership role managing AEs and SDRs
- experience in SaaS, fintech, or financial services
- ability to engage C-level executives in complex sales cycles
