Job Summary
Senior sales leadership role in Belgium responsible for translating Brink’s commercial strategy into growth plans, expanding Digital Retail Solutions, managing the Belgian sales team and pipeline, leading negotiations and pricing, coordinating with Finance, Operations, Marketing and Europe teams, and mentoring high-performing commercial staff to deliver revenue growth and profitability. Travel domestically and internationally as required; focus on consultative, value-driven approaches across multiple sectors and large client engagements.
Required Qualifications
- Senior sales leadership experience
- experience in B2B technology or similar environments
- ability to drive profitable growth
- experience with complex sales cycles
- strong financial acumen including pricing, margin management, forecasting
- ability to operate in multinational, matrix organization
