Job Summary
Head of Sales to lead Sleek Australia’s commercial engine from our Sydney office. Own revenue outcomes, shape go-to-market strategy, and build a high-performing team that sets the benchmark for B2B sales within the corporate services space. Responsibilities include owning Australia sales strategy and revenue targets, pricing/packaging decisions, identifying market opportunities, partnering with Marketing to drive demand generation, recruiting and coaching Account Executives & SDRs, maintaining pipeline discipline in HubSpot, forecasting accuracy, and closing high-value or strategic deals as needed (approximately 10–15% of time). Requires 8+ years in B2B/SaaS sales with 3–5 years leading scale, plus experience with AI-driven sales tools and modern sales tech stacks. Hybrid work arrangement at Sydney office (3–4 days on-site) with openness to relocation or commuting within Australia; background checks and regulatory considerations apply.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in B2B / SaaS sales, with at least 3–5 years leading and scaling sales teams.
- Experience with HubSpot or comparable CRM platforms at scale.
- Strong track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets in the Australian market.
- English proficiency for professional communication.
