Job Summary
Head of Sales responsible for leading and developing ABB Energy Industry’s sales activities in Denmark. Define and execute long-term sales strategy, identify market opportunities, support and develop sales teams, negotiate key customer contracts, monitor market pricing, ensure high customer satisfaction, and drive cross-functional collaboration across the value chain. Role involves leading market development, front-end sales, bid management, and technical advisory capabilities while collaborating with colleagues across Sales, Service, and Operations. Based in the office in Ballerup with potential to work from home a few days a week; some travel across Denmark and occasional international travel is expected.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant commercial or technical education combined with sales leadership experience
- Experience managing teams and delivering on revenue targets
- Fluent in English and comfortable working in an international environment
