Job Summary

Lead the US occupational health, safety and environmental safety function across all US manufacturing sites, owning ISO 45001 deployment, and developing Site EHS Managers. Drive compliance with OSHA, EPA and state regulations; champion a Zero Harm culture; oversee high-hazard controls in welding, fabrication and coating; manage incident investigations, CAPA, and safety performance dashboards; partner with HR, quality and operations leaders; travel regularly to US sites to ensure safety standards and program effectiveness.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering or related technical discipline
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive H&S experience in a heavy-manufacturing environment with multi-site leadership
  • Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or equivalent senior-level certification required
  • Lead auditor qualification in ISO 45001 required
  • OSHA 30-Hour General Industry required
