Job Summary

Lead Enterprise Safety Strategy by driving the development and execution of the organisation's WHS strategy aligned with business priorities and risk profiles. Oversee Governance, Risk and Compliance assurance, including frameworks, incident management, and legislative obligations. Act as a trusted advisor to executives and governance forums, providing evidence-based guidance on safety risks and strategic trade-offs. Build organisational safety capability and culture by embedding safety leadership, driving accountability, and supporting leaders to manage physical and psychological risks. Lead the Safety team through direction, capability development, workforce planning, and performance management to deliver sustainable outcomes. This Senior Manager role at PwC Australia focuses on shaping safety strategy across industries like finance, technology, and energy, working with leading teams to unlock full potential and build a global community united by purpose.
