Job Summary
Head of Safety Partnering leads the global pharmacovigilance partnering strategy across commercial portfolios, defining and delivering governance and oversight for PV partnerships. Responsibilities include designing and executing the global safety partnering strategy, aligning with Global Patient Safety, Regulatory, Clinical, Commercial and Alliance teams, ensuring robust governance of Pharmacovigilance Agreements and partner performance, driving compliance and inspection readiness, and building a high-performing safety partnering team. The role requires strategic leadership, deep PV expertise, and the ability to influence across complex global organizations within Ipsen.
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience in pharmacovigilance within the pharmaceutical industry
- Proven expertise in PV agreements and global partnering environments
- Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement and negotiation capabilities
- Solid understanding of global PV regulations and inspection readiness
