Job Summary
Operational leader in iGaming to oversee Payments, Risk, Fraud, Customer Support and related operational functions in Malta. Lead cross-functional teams, develop processes, drive KPIs, ensure regulatory alignment (AML, Responsible Gaming, Compliance), manage PSP relationships, drive automation and process improvements, oversee incidents and audits, and report to senior leadership. Requires building and scaling operational processes with strong stakeholder management and data-driven decision making across Payments, Risk, Fraud, Customer Operations, Compliance, Product, Commercial and Technology.
Required Qualifications
- Several years of experience in iGaming operations.
- Proven leadership experience managing operational teams within Payments, Risk, Fraud, Customer Operations or similar functions.
- Strong understanding of payment operations, fraud prevention and operational controls.
- Experience working within regulated environments.
- Experience with PSP integrations and payment optimization.
- Fluent English.
- Nice to Have: Exposure to AML, Responsible Gaming or Compliance operations.
