Job Summary
Head of Revenue Operations leading the RevOps function to enable scalable growth across Marketing, Sales and Customer Success. Own and evolve revenue operations strategy, drive cross-functional alignment across GTM teams, translate business goals into operational initiatives with measurable outcomes, build and optimize processes, systems and reporting, lead forecasting and pipeline governance, identify growth opportunities across the customer lifecycle, own the RevOps tech stack and data infrastructure, and lead, mentor and develop the RevOps team to foster operational excellence and collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations or related strategic roles
- Proven experience leading RevOps in a high-growth SaaS environment
- Strong understanding of the full B2B SaaS customer journey: Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Expansion
- Demonstrated experience driving cross-functional alignment and GTM execution
- Experience partnering with senior leadership and influencing strategic decisions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
- Deep knowledge of CRM platforms, revenue systems and business intelligence tools
- Experience managing and developing high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
