Job Summary
Lead the Revenue Strategy and Operations for the Americas and the Velocity GTM motion, partnering with AMER Sales Leadership and GTM teams to define region/segment strategy, drive operational excellence, and own strategic initiatives across AMER and Velocity. Build and retain a high-performing team, embed AI-native tooling into operating rhythms, and translate strategy into detailed planning (territory design, book-of-business allocation, headcount targets, productivity). Role can be fully remote (depending on US state) or in-office with a hybrid schedule (SF/NY/Chicago); responsibilities include forecasting cadence, pipeline health, QBRs, and performance readouts, plus cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, CX, Marketing, Product, and Finance.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or similar roles, ideally within software or high-growth enterprise environments
- Experience building and leading multi-layered teams across strategy and operational functions
- Proven track record owning both strategic planning and day-to-day operational execution
- Familiarity with AI-powered GTM tooling and a viewpoint on where automation creates leverage in a revenue organization
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, including GMs and C-suite leaders
- Exceptional analytical fluency and communication skills, with the ability to move between high-level strategy and ground-level execution
- Willingness to work in a role that may be fully remote depending on location or hybrid in office locations (SF/NY/Chicago)
- Strong experience in go-to-market strategy, forecasting cadence, pipeline health, and performance readouts
