Job Summary
Lead Revenue Operations for Snowsports across Coronet Peak and The Remarkables, driving dynamic capacity management, yield strategy, and data insights to match instructor capacity to guest demand daily. Manage a RevOps Scheduling team of up to six, overseeing seasonal recruitment, payroll audits, backend IT systems, and Freshdesk communication channels. Build automated reporting dashboards, including the Instructor Performance Index, and ensure cross-mountain process consistency while resolving operational conflicts. This role sits at the Snowsports leadership table, requiring a commercial leader with strong data fluency and BI/coding experience to turn complex datasets into clear decisions. Based in Queenstown, with on-mountain winter coverage and off-season town office availability.
